Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orivian Peptides does not accept returns on opened, used, tampered, or temperature-sensitive products.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
