Shipping policy

Orivian Peptides currently ships orders within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or inventory restocks.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other delays outside of our control.

Orivian Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been handed off for shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orivian Peptides is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, the customer should first contact the shipping carrier directly. We will review delivery issues on a case-by-case basis.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
